Managing Director/CEO
Morenike is the Managing Director/CEO of Maisón Nominees Limited. She is a Lawyer with multi-disciplinary experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Corporate Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Intellectual property and Property Law.
Morenike is actively involved in large portfolio transactions for companies in Manufacturing, Finance, Information Technology, Advertising, Business consultancy, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Energy, Environmental Services and other sectors.
She advises Boards of several companies and in recognition of her vast knowledge of corporate governance, secretarial practice and business advisory services, she sits on the Board of several companies and provides company secretarial services to domestic and foreign owned companies.
She also handles and gives strategic advice on international contracts, business advisory, corporate restructuring, financing, debt recovery, real estate transactions, corporate governance, regulatory and statutory compliance, mortgages, commercial transactions, private equity and venture capital, due diligence, proffering legal opinions on a wide range of matters and property acquisition for companies that operate locally and internationally.
Morenike previously headed the Legal department of an Oil and Gas Service and Consulting Company, she was the Secretary (Lagos Zone) of the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria, which was established by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). She also worked for several years in Law firms in Nigeria commencing practice as an Associate and then a Senior Associate and Partner.
Morenike holds an LL.M in Law and is a graduate of University of Lagos. She is a scholar of the Chartered Governance Institute, United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) scholar of University of South Wales, Pontypridd, Wales.
